Initial Comments:An off-site follow-up survey conducted on February 16, 2023, found that VNA Health System had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a Medicare recertification and state re-licensure survey completed on January 12, 2023

Code, Part IV, Health facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601.The deficiencies were cited as a result of a Medicare recertification and state re-licensure survey completed on January 12, 2023.
